Returns are ONLY accepted on merchandise that HAS BEEN RECEIVED DAMAGED. Although we take every precaution to make sure your art is protectively packaged, we realize that mail handlers sometimes inadvertently mishandle fragile items. And our integrity, as well as your happiness as a buyer is of paramount importance to us. So, if you receive a damaged product, immediately photograph it as it was received, and provide us with said photo and notification within 3 days of receipt, you will be given a return approval and #. You must return the item within 7 days of receipt or your return will not be accepted.
PLEASE NOTE: Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
How do I make a return?
Please notify us of your damaged product, and send photos indicating the damage,so that we may file a return.
Once your damaged item has been received by UNKNOWN, your refund will be processed in the form of a gallery credit within five business days. You will be notified via email when this credit has taken place to the address provided during the transaction. REFUND POLICY
Refunds are ONLY accepted on purchases that HAVE NOT YET BEEN SHIPPED. It typically takes 3 days to 1 week for your purchase to be packaged and shipped to collectors after payment. If you require a refund, you MUST contact UNKNOWN before we ship the item. Requests for refunds on items that have already shipped will not be fulfilled.
